Mini Corndog Muffins
I saw this idea somewhere on the internet, but this recipe is all my own.
1pk of hot dogs, cut into 1inch sections. If using mini-muffin trays, you will need 24 sections.
2 pkg Martha White cornbread mix (or whatever cornbread mix you use)
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray muffin tray with cooking oil.
Mix your cornbread batter. Ladle a little mix into each cup to hold the hot dogs in place. Stand the hot dogs in each cup so they are end up. Evenly ladle the rest of the batter into each of the cups. Bake 10-12 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
