Fudge

I love fudge.  I will do almost anything to get it.

1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Spray a square baking pan with cooking oil (Pam).
In a double broiler, add butter.  Once butter is melted, add all other ingredients.  Stir constantly until melted smooth.  Remove from  heat immediatly and pour into the baking pan.  Place in a flat area until cool.

Variations:
For peppermint fudge, add 1 Tbsp peppermint extract.
For nutty fudge, add 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts.
